Mr.E.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, would submit that the quarry in question, has been closed long back and there is no necessity or intention to open the quarry once again. The said submission, on instructions, is placed on record.

In the light of the said development, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.
