ORDER

The above application has been filed for condoning the delay of 208 days in filing the written statement. The applicant has given reasons for the delay in paragraph numbers 4 and 5 of the affidavit filed in support of the Petition and sufficient reasons have been given therein.

2. Though the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff would not admit to the same, this Court, in the light of the sufficient reasons given for condoning the delay in filing the written statement is condoning the delay. The written statement is taken on file.
