Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to rectify the errors crept in the revenue records in respect of land to an extent of 1.25 acres in Survey No.1064/8 of Thiyarandurgam Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District and issue computerised patta and chitta to the petitioner within a time frame based on the representation dated 29.08.2017.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 29.08.2017, the 2nd respondent has not passed any order so far.
4.Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks.
5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.08.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
