Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue formal recognition order in favour of the petitioner-College, viz.,Bharathi College of Education for the Academic Year 2014-2015, and consequently, to direct the third

respondent-University to issue an order of affiliation to the petitioner-College for the academic year 2014-2015, after due inspection and verification of infrastructural and instructional facilities as provided.
