This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.08 of 2018 pending on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2018 and also filed a final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore on 31.1.2019.
