Crl.M.P.No.6846 of 2022 Crl.M.P.No.6846 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.335 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners / appellants in Crl.A.No.335 of 2022 on 06.04.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the Investigating Officer at Coimbatore / The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Coimbatore once in 15 days until further orders.
