ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for direction directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent police harassed the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioner is habitual offender and so far involved in more than 40 cases and finally the last FIR has been registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.563 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent police.

4. Recorded the above submission, the petitioner is being an accused not to harass does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
