Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the Vaikasi Ther Thiruvizha, Sri Mariamman, Sri Variamman, Sri Kaliamman temples and Veedhiula Thiruvizha festival and cultrual and entertainment programme at Pappireddipatti Village, Pappireddipatti Taluk, Dharmapuri District, which is scheduled to be held from 07.06.2022 to 13.06.2022 for cultural programme from 7.30 p.m. to 10.30 p.m. and adequate police protection by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 05.05.2022, on the file of respondents herein.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct Vaikasi Ther Thiruvizha for the temples as well as cultural and entertainment programme at Pappireddipatti Village, Dharmapuri District on considering petitioner's representation dated 05.05.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.S.K.Bharath Mahan, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and he has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
