O R D E R

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking speedy disposal of OS.No.777 of 2022 pending on the file of the Principal District Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the 4th respondent and perused the records.

3. A perusal of the B diary extract would indicate that the matter has been listed for trial since 18.07.2024, however, the trial has not commenced to date. The suit in question is of the year 2022 and is filed for declaration, partition and permanent injunction.

4. In the light of the above and taking into consideration the fact that the revision is only to seek an early disposal of the proceedings, without issuing notice to the private respondents, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. A direction is issued to the learned Principal District Judge, Tiruppur to dispose of the suit OS.No.777 of 2022 2/4

within a period of 8 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
