PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondent to register a case against the accused persons based on the complaint dated 17.07.2020, impounded in CSR No.144 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020. For Petitioner : Mr.K.S.Kaviarasu For Respondent : Mr.S.Karthikeyan Additional Public Prosecutor.
ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case against the accused persons based on the complaint dated 17.07.2020, impounded in CSR No.144 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020.
2.Mr.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued C.S.R.No.144 of 2020 and after conducting the detailed enqiry, the same was closed on 23.07.2020 itself.
3.Recording the said submission, this petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court.
