Heard Mr.Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.Srinath Sridevan, learned counsel appearing for R1 to R3, Mr.K.Dhananjeyan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 4 & 5 and Mr.Sivavarthanan, learned counsel appearing for R6. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The order challenged in this writ petition is an order of transfer dated 16.01.2017, transferring the writ petitioner from Danish Mission Higher Sec School, Pudhukuppam, Virddhachalam to Danish Mission Higher Sec. School, Kariyalur, Villupuram. Initially, this Court granted an order of interim stay and pursuant to that, the writ petitioner continued in the same post. Subsequently, the interim order was modified as Status Quo and thereafter, the writ petitioner joined in the transferred post at Danish Mission Higher Sec. School, Kariyalur, Villupuram.

3.In view of the fact that the writ petitioner joined in the transferred post and having a short span of service for attaining the age of superannuation, this Court is of the view that no further adjudication is required in respect of transfer. 4.Mr.L.Chandrakumsr, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner brings to the notice of this Court that despite the fact that the writ petitioner joined in the transferred post, the salary and other benefits are yet to be paid. 5.Therefore, the respondents are directed to pay the salary and other emoluments applicable as per Rules to the writ petitioner, without any further delay, in view of the fact that the writ petitioner joined in the transferred place. With this observation, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
