CRIME NO.105 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Para No.5 (c) the petitioner shall report before the investigation officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by order of this Hon'ble Court on 31/03/2022 in Crl.O.P.No.7465 of 2022. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.O.P.No.7465 of 2022 on 31.03.2022 to appear before the Investigation Offier daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigation Officer as and when required for interrogation.
