Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 26.04.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.5441 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.18984/2019 directing the petitioner to stay at Madurai and appear before the Tallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PURUSHOTHAMAN REDDY V., Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5441 of 2022 in Crl.O.P. No.18984 of 2019 on 26.04.2022 to appear before Tallakulam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m. until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
