This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for direction directing the respondents to register the FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 28.07.2020.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner on 28.07.2020, the issues were found to be regarding land dispute between the petitioner and the counter party and as such, the complaint has been forwarded to the Tahsildar, Bargur. On the request made by the second respondent, Tahsildar surveyed the land by appointing surveyor and the second respondent is awaiting the reports.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, after receipt of the said report, the second respondent is directed to proceed the complaint in accordance with law.
