The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner on 16.07.2020, the same has been forwarded to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vaniyampadi to initiate the proceedings under section 107 Cr.P.C.

Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Vaniyambadi, Thiruppathur District, is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint referred by the second respondent after issuing notice to the parties concerned.
