O R D E R

The relif sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the District Registrar / 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the complaint dated 05.12.2022 of the petitioner.

2. The grievances of the writ petitioner is that a fraudulent Sale Deed has been executed in respect of the property belonging to him. However, the District Registrar, Kallakurichi, has issued show-cause notice to the parties in the proceedings dated 03.02.2023.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent also has made a submission that the District Registrar has initiated action and therefore, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition deserves no merit consideration. However, the District Registrar shall proceed with the enquiry proceedings that had already been initiated and conclude the same by deciding the issues on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed. No costs.
