(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 26.06.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 294(b), 307, 392, 397 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.1242 of 2020, seeks bail. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit he is innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in incarceration from 26.06.2020. Hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that this is the second bail application, the earlier bail application was withdrawn by the learned counsel for the petitioner. He would further submit that the petitioner is having 13 previous cases. He would further submit that the petitioner is a habitual offener and he has also involved in a number of cases of similar nature. He would further submit that the respondent police have recovered gun from the petitioner and the petitioner was arrested on 26.06.2020. 4.In view of the above submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
