The writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents their men/ servants/ agents from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interfering with the property in Survey No.149/1 situated in Attakuriki Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. 2.This writ petition has been filed based on the interim order granted in W.P.No.10565 of 2013, which writ petition has been dismissed by this Court by the order dated 24.07.2015, as observed therein, in the instant case also, there is no document produced to prove his title and in the typed set of papers only the interim order granted in W.P.No.10565 of 2013 has been enclosed. Hence, granting the relief sought for does not arise.

3.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. The order of interim stay granted on 20.06.2014 is vacated. Accordingly, M.P.No.1 of 2015 is ordered and M.P.No.1 of 2014 is closed. No costs.
