Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.MAGESH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 26.11.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.22422 of 2021 to execute sureties.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner is directed to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, on or before 30.05.2022, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled.
