The petitioners seek issuance of succession certificate for the securities held by the deceased Mr.A.Rajasekhara Reddy who died on 02.06.2017 leaving behind the petitioners viz., mother, wife and children as his legal heirs.

R.SUBRAMANIAN.J., ay 2.The 2nd petitioner viz., wife of the deceased also died on 24.08.2018. The death certificate and the legal heirship certificate of Mr.A.Rajasekhara Reddy have been marked as Ex.P.1 and Ex.P.2 respectively. The death certificate of the 2nd petitioner Mr.A.Arupama Reddy has been marked as Ex.P.3. The 4th petitioner has been examined as PW1 and he has deposed to the fact the petitioners alone are the legal representatives of the deceased Mr.A.Rajasekhara Reddy.
