2. Captioned WMP has been filed with 'condonation of delay' ['CoD'] prayer. To be noted, CoD is qua 145 days in representing the writ petition in W.P.SR.No.97669 of 2023.

3. Mr.A.Murthy, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner is before this Court.
