This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case, on a complaint dated 23.08.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 23.08.2015 by post . The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint to the second respondent Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
