This revision is preferred against the order of learned Judicial Magistrate I, Erode, passed in C.M.P.No.2175 of 2010 on 26.05.2010.

2. Petitioner filed C.M.P.No.2175 of 2010 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate I, Erode, to take his complaint on file. The contention of petitioner was that she was a witness in a case pending against the respondent. In connection there with, the respondent on 23.08.2008 at about 10.00 a.m., visited her home when her husband was away, threatened her as also abused her on communal lines. Learned counsel for petitioner has made an endorsement that no further witnesses were to be examined. After examination of petitioner and complainant, the Court below, under orders dated 26.05.2010, has dismissed the complaint u/s.203 Cr.P.C. Hence, this revision.

3. Representation is made on behalf of the petitioner for adjournment. Revision is of the year 2010, the alleged occurrence being of the year 2008. Learned counsel for respondent submits that petitioner merely intends to harass the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent. The Court below rightly has taken into consideration the filing of a referred charge sheet in the case registered on the complaint of the petitioner regards the same occurrence and that the statements of the petitioner and her brother before it were contradictory.

This Criminal Revision is dismissed.
