ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 04.11.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.15292 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.23631 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has not been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; that the final report is yet to be filed; and that the petitioner has fourteen previous cases.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23631 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024 is modified to the effect that Page No.2 of 4
the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in three months until further orders.
