On this day, when the writ petitions came up for hearing, Mr.V.Anna Raja, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that dispute between the petitioners and the Bank is settled and therefore, the prayer sought for in the writ petition is not pressed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
