O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case, on a complaint dated 02.11.2014 given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that, on a complaint dated 02.11.2014 given by this petitioner against his wife, petition enquiry was conducted and closed.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent Police is directed to send a copy of the closure report to the petitioner, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
