The petitioner retired from service on 30.04.1998 after rendering about 36 years of service.

2. According to the petitioner, the Hon'ble Apex Court passed an order, dated 10.02.2010 to switch over from IDA to CDA. Hence, the petitioner made a representation, dated 08.07.2015 to the third https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to give the benefit, as per the order of the Apex Court referred to above. Since no order is passed, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and in the light of the order of the Apex Court dated 10.02.2010, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
