ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 4 th respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner wherein the petitioner has sought for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries and issuance of separate patta. 2.
Heard Mr.Krishnaswamy Chinnasamy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 to 5.

The petitioner is relying upon two settlement Deeds dated 04.02.2010 and 07.04.2017. The petitioner has made an on-line application on 04.12.2023 and is seeking for survey and for issuance of separate patta in her favour. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to act upon the on-line application submitted by the petitioner and to conduct the survey and deal with the request made by the petitioner seeking for issuance of separate patta with respect to the subject property. This process shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
