This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed by this Honble Court dated 11.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 6942/2025 in Crime No 62 of 2025 Page No.1 of 4

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders imposed by this Honble Court dated 11.03.2025 in Crl.O.P.No. 6942/2025 in Crime No 62 of 2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m, until further orders. 4.
