Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1, 2, 3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.3.2010 to renew the lease agreement for the future period of six months for transportation of parcels in train No.6323 from Chennai Central to Howrah on Friday and Sunday (Bi weekly) and in Train No.6324 from Howrah to Chennai Central on Tuesday and Sunday (Bi weekly) as per clause 18(1) of Lease Agreement dated 27.04.2007 and quash the letter dated 29.03.2010 sent by the first respondent.

ORDER

When the case was taken up for consideration on 13.07.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today i.e., on 17.07.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through their learned counsel.

2.Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
