ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/A6, who was arrested and remanded into judicial custody on 23.07.2021 by the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c), 25 and 29(1) of the NDPS Act, 1985 in Crime No.1402/2021, seeks bail. 2.The petitioner was arrested for possession of 120 kgs of ganja, which was transported in a car bearing Reg.No.TN 67 AW 4950. The petitioner is the driver of the vehicle.

3.The quantity involved is a commercial quantity. Investigation has already been completed and final report was filed. The matter is posted for furnishing copy to the accused persons. Since there is prima facie material to proceed against the petitioner herein and in the light of the embargo under Section 37 of the NDPS act, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
