This writ petition has been filed seeking quash of the proceedings of the respondent in File No.CB1062627215919 dated 06.12.2019 and consequently, direct the respondent to issue passport to 1/4

the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.V.Illanchezian, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Additional Solicitor General of India assisted by Mr.C.Samivel, learned Senior Panel Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for respondent.

On going through the counter filed by the respondent, it is seen that the petitioner has not pleaded the material facts in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. When the same was pointed out, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that a better affidavit will be filed. This Court is not willing to admit a better affidavit in this case. Hence, this writ petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition by pleading all the material facts. The same will be considered on its own merits. No costs.
