2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that this court, by its order dated 24.7.2018, ordered to withdraw the HMOP.No.28 of 2015 pending on the file of Sub Court, Tiruttani and transferred the same to Sub Court, Krishnagiri. He would further submit that now a new Family Court has been constituted in Krishnagiri and therefore, HMOP.No.28 of 2015 may be transferred to Family Court, Krishnagiri instead of Sub Court, Krishnagiri and thereby prayed for passing suitable orders in this regard.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, paragraph 7 of the order dated 24.7.2018 made in Tr.C.M.P.No.13 of 2018 shall read as follows; ' 7. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered. The petition in H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2015 is ordered to be withdrawn from the file of Sub M.GOVINDARAJ, J.

The learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruttani is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.28 of 2015 to the file of Family Court, Krishnagiri within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the records, the learned Family Court Judge, Krishnagiri is directed to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscelleous Petition is closed'

4. The Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy after making necessary corrections as stated above.
