(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the conditions imposed by the Vacation Sessions Judge of Kancheepuram District at Chengalpattu in Crl.M.P.No.2588 of 2021 dated 06.05.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed a petition before the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.2588 of 2021 and the trial Court had granted bail to the petitioner by imposing condition that the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for one month on all working days. due to pandemic and lock down situation still in force, he could not able to comply with the condition imposed by the Court below, but he is ready to comply with the conditions before N6 Desur Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District. Hence, the present petition for modification before this Court.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the investigation is pending before the respondent police and the investigation is not yet completed and modification filed by the petitioner will lead to misconceive of evidence. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
