The petitioner seeks for a mandamus directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 12.06.2017, wherein and whereby, she sought for providing the electricity service connection to the subject matter property.

2. According to the petitioner, she is the owner of the subject matter property and therefore, she is entitled to get the electricity service connection.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents, more particularly, the second respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider and decide the same. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other interested parties, if any. The second respondent shall pass such order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
