2. In view of the direction given by this Court, dated 21.01.2021, the paper publication has been effected. The respondents 1 to 3, called absent. Hence, the respondents 1 to 3, are set ex parte.

In this occasion, before deciding the main Original Petition, it is necessary to decide the Application filed in A.No.1959 of 2020, which is for issuing subpoena to the Head of the Department, Department of Psychiatry Unit 2, Christian Medical College, Vellore - 632 002, to produce the medical records of the first respondent.

4. On going through the pleadings set out in the main application, it seems that the applicant made allegation as against his wife as she is mentally ill person. Therefore, for proving the same, it is necessary to examine the person, who treated her and also, it is necessary to mark the documents, which relates to the treatment given to the applicant's wife. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
