Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents 1, 2 and 3 to break open the temple premises in Sri Vetrivel Murugan Temple, Attakuruki Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District, subsequently direct the Respondents 1, 2 and 3 that nobody to disturb performing of Petitioner duties of Trustee and Poojari in Sri Vetrivel Murugan Temple, Attakuruki Village, Soolagiri Taluk, Krishnagiri District.

O R D E R

When it is pointed out by the Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the First to Third Respondents that the Petitioner has got an effective alternative remedy under Section 64 of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, for being granted the relief that has been sought in the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to resort to the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect, which is recorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with such liberty. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
