ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus Calling for the records in the order bearing No. Na.Ka.No. 6181/ Ni 4/ 2019 dated 25.03.2019 passed by the respondent and quash the same and also to direct the respondent to appoint her on compassionate grounds within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.Pugalenthi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that though the present writ petition is filed assailing the order of the respondent in rejecting the application made by the petitioner dated 30.08.2017 seeking compassionate appointment, vide proceedings dated 25.03.2019, pending consideration of the writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition has been redressed by the respondent authorities and as such, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration by this Court and thus, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
