(2) To stay all further proceedings in OS.50 of 2012 on the file of the II Additional District Court, Salem (in CMP.3059/2018) respectively pending CRP(PD).568/2018 Order: These petitions coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.VEENA SURESH, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.C.JAGADEESH, Advocate for the 1st respondent in both the petitions the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Admit.
2. Mr.C.Jagadeesan appears for the first respondent.
3. There will be an interim stay of all further proceedings in O.S.No.50 of 2012 until further orders.
4. Though the counsels had agreed to argue this civil revision petition even on 25.09.2020, the matter was adjourned at the instance of the counsel for the respondent. Thereafter, when the matter was listed on 30.09.2020, the counsel for the respondent would submit that they had given change of Vakalat.
5. Today, Mr.C.Jagadeesan had entered appearance and seeks time on the ground that the additional type set of papers has not been furnished to him. Mr.T.R.Rajagopalan, learned Senior Counsel would submit that all the papers have been served on the erstwhile counsel. I see the design not to argue this case and keep it pending.
