ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, for the offence under Sections 454, 380 IPC in Cr.No.72 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant has lodged a police complaint before the law enforcing agency alleging that his home was robbed and golden articles were stolen.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been wrongly implicated in this case and prays for grant of bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that there are thirty eight (38) previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner herein and the stolen gold jewels were recovered.

5. Considering the fact that there are already thirty eight previous cases of similar nature pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
