ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the respondent police to execute the nonbailable warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram, dated 03.04.2019 in Crime No.5 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent herein within a time frame. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he made a complaint before the respondent police on 04.03.2019 and the respondent police also registered a case in Crime No.5 of 2019 under Section 420, 408 and 477A IPC. The accused was granted bail by the learned Judicial Magistrate NO.1, Kancheepuram on condition to produce two sureties. Since the accused could not produce any sureties, the petitioner filed an application under Section 437(5) Cr.P.C. to issue non bailable warrant against the accused. accused has defrauded huge amount and taken away the Laptop from the firm and also posting wrong and abusive messages in the social media like facebook and whatsapp against the Government Officials. Hence, prays for appropriate relief. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent police is hereby directed to execute the non-bailable warrant issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kancheepuram dated 03.04.2019 in Crime No.5 of 2019 pending on the file of the respondent police within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
