[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU,J.] This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to demolish the unauthorized construction put up at Plot No.5, S.No.432/1, Zamin Pallavaram, Lakshminagar Extension, Pallavaram, Chennai. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the second respondent would state that proper plan approval has been obtained from the concerned authorities. The learned counsel for the first respondent has also produced the copy of the plan approval and also stated that there was no deviation in the plan.

3.In view of the above, no further order is required in the present writ petition. Therefore, recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the second and third respondents, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 2/4
