The matter is listed today under the caption 'for clarification' on receipt of memo dated 06.10.2020 from the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, who has brought to notice that in para 7 of the order dated 07.08.2020, that instead of 'final order dated 25.07.2019 in EPFA No. 534 of 2017', it has been inadvertently typed as 'final order dated 26.02.2015 in EPFA No. 534 of 2017'. 2.

After carrying out rectification of the aforesaid typographical error, the substituted para 7 of the order dated 07.08.2020 shall read as follows:- "7.

The result of the foregoing discussion is that the impugned order dated 11.04.2019 as well as the final order dated 25.07.2019 in EPFA No. 534 of 2017 passed by the Appellate Authority cannot be sustained and accordingly, they are set aside. The appeal in EPFA No. 534 of 2017 is restored to file and shall be listed for next 1/3

hearing before the Appellate Authority on 30.09.2020, on which date the parties shall appear through their respective Counsel to continue the proceedings in that appeal in accordance with law."
