Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to survey the property in Survey No.25/5B, with an extent of 25 cents, Murungipatti Village, Keelkuppampudur, Uthangarai Post, Krishnagiri District, Tamil Nadu and mark the boundaries, considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.02.2025. This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 26.02.2025 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. The petitioner is placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 29.01.1976 registered as Document No.44/1976. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the settlement deed dated 06.09.2022 registered as Document No.6268 of 2022 and the patta that has been issued in his 2/4

name in Patta No.222. The petitioner submitted an online application seeking for survey of the subject property by paying necessary charges on 26.02.2025. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition came to be filed before this Court.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 26.02.2025 and to conduct survey in the subject property based on the title documents and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioner. This process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If there are any interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
