J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) Challenge is to the direction issued by the learned Single Judge in WP No.29114 of 2017 vide order dated 29.04.2024, directing the sixth respondent to sanction revised pension to the petitioner in the Writ Petition as per the proposal sent by the fourth respondent on 12.01.2024. This appeal is filed by the fourth respondent also. The fourth respondent, as a part of the user Department, had sent a Pension proposal on 12.01.2024. The direction 2/5

of the learned Single Judge is only to sanction the revised pension as per the proposals of the fourth respondent.

2. Therefore, we see no grievance for the fourth respondent to challenge the order of the learned Single Judge, the Writ Appeal fails and it is accordingly dismissed.
