Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records in pursuant to the 1st Impugned order issued by the 3rd respondent in proceedings Mu.Mu.No.2527/Na.O.Sa (5)/2017 dated 26.05.2017 and the 2nd Impugned order issued by 3rd respondent in proceedings Mu.Mu.No.14680/Na.O.Sa(2)/2018 dated 16.08.2018 and the 3rd impugned order issued by the 5th respondent in proceedings A.Thi.Mu.04651/Na.O.Sa(4)/2019 dated 27.02.2019 and quash the said orders and consequently direct the respondents to grant pension and other pensionary benefits to the petitioner under the Tamilnadu Pension Rules, 1978 with interest at the rate of 12% per annum with effect from the date of his retirement on 30.04.2016 with all consequential service and monetary benefits.

3. In view of the said submission and the letter dated 24.04.2023 submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Writ Petition is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
