The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner had agreed to donate Rs.50,000/- to the Tamilnadu Harijan Sevak Sangh, No.58, Venkatanarayana Road, T.Nagar, Chennai-17.

But, subsequently he has not able to pay the said amount and he seeks extension of time.

It is further submitted that the petitioner was arrested in some other case and he is now ready to deposit the amount.

2.Heard the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court on 16.03.2016 in Crl.O.P.No.2473 of 2016 to execute the order shall stand further extended for a period of two weeks from the date on which the copy of this order is made ready.

5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
