(The case has been heard through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction directing the respondent to consider the petitioners' legal notice dated 30.03.2021 at the time of entertaining registration of any deed pertaining to ancestor property of the petitioner's grandfather comprised in Survey No.178/3, situated at Oragadam Village, Kancheepuram Dt.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Annamalai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty for making proper application before the concerned authority.
