This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 26.04.2016 bearing C.S.R.No.138/CSR/J8PS/2016 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the Respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 26.04.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No. 138 of 2016 and the same was closed on the ground that the dispute is civil in nature. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
