Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 29.04.2017 for revocation the present electricity connection No.467 in survey No.221/3B, at Vinayakapuram Village, Arani circle, Thiruvannamalai District and to transfer the electricity connection to Survey No.210/1E.

Mr.Varunkumar, learned counsel takes notice for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Diwakar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the fourth respondent.

2.Through his representation, the petitioner sought for transfer of service connection No.467 in Survey No.221/3B to Survey No.210/1E at Vinayakapuram Village, Arani Circle, Thiruvannamalai District. The petitioner has also obtained a No Objection Certificate from the 4th respondent. As the said representation is still pending consideration, the present writ petition is filed.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the fourth respondent.

4. Taking note of the pendency of the representation, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2017 and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
